The podcast all about Five Element Acupuncture 〰️ Launching 2nd January 2024 〰️

This page is a repository of things we’ve watched or read on Acupuncture and surrounding modalities. Some scientific papers purporting to show the existence of Qi, for example, others claiming there’s not enough evidence, some showing the efficacy of acupuncture, others claiming the opposite, some Qi gong related stuff, TCM, other styles of acupuncture etc. We are not saying that anything on this page is true or untrue or that we believe or disbelieve any of it.

We simply wanted to point to things we’ve read or watched around this subject because we find it fascinating. We wanted to offer listeners a place to start exploring this world themselves, if they feel they want to go beyond the topics we’ve initially covered in the podcast so far. We encourage our listeners to look objectively at all the information available, ask their own questions, make their own minds up and go on their own journey of discovery.
